- Where's my order?
During non-business hours, please login to your Afterglow account here. Click on the ‘Review Orders/Track Packages’ link directly under the top ‘My Orders’ section in your account to find your order status and tracking numbers. - How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all $50+ orders shipping to US addresses. We very frequently announce free shipping promos on ALL US orders to our newsletter subscribers. Don’t miss out! - What are your international shipping policies?
At this time, we are only able to offer international shipping via USPS Priority Mail International to Canadian addresses ONLY. Please click here to read more about our international shipping policies.
- Can I back order and out-of-stock product or get a rain check?
No, you can’t… we actually offer you something even better! Any time you find your favorite product is unavailable, email us and ask to be added to the wait list. When it’s back in-stock you’ll be the first to know AND you’ll receive a 20% off + free shipping promo code!
- Do your promo codes work for already discounted products or gift certificates?
No, promo codes do not apply to gift certificates or previously discounted products unless specifically noted in the promotion.
- Do you allow returns and exchanges?

- What's the status of my return/exchange?
We can’t process your return/exchange until we receive it. Though we always strive for faster turn-around, please allow 2-4 weeks from your shipping date (back to us) to complete your refund or return/exchange. We always recommend you send returns/exchanges with tracking so you know where it is in the process.
- I need my exchange processed faster. What do I do?
If you’re in a rush to receive your exchange, we recommend you instead purchase the new product you want immediately and simply request a straight return of the unloved product instead of waiting for an exchange
- What ingredients do you use in your products?
There’s an ingredient listing on each product page which lists the full ingredients for that specific product. For a complete ingredient list for every one of our products click here. Remember, the entire Afterglow line is gluten-free, soy free, paraben free, and nano-sized particle free. Many of our products are also corn-free and vegan.
