What are your international shipping policies?

What’s the status of my return/exchange?
We can’t process your return/exchange until we receive it. Though we always strive for faster turn-around, please allow 48 hours for us to process your return from the time we receive it. We always recommend you send returns/exchanges with tracking so you know where it is in the process.
I need my exchanged processed faster. What do I do? If you’re in a rush to receive your exchange, we recommend you instead purchase the new product you want immediately and simply request a straight return of the unloved product instead of waiting for an exchange.
