Try them first. Please try all the products you ordered before making a final return or exchange decision. On occasion, shades may appear different in the container than they do on the skin. Please try your entire order before making your decision. We never restock returned products, even closed products. Any returns you send us will be discarded.
Don’t love them? We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. After you’ve tried the products, please feel free to exchange or return any unloved products within 30 days of your order’s purchase date for a full refund (minus S&H).
How does the return/exchange process work?
- Questions? Contact us. Before returning or exchanging your product, please feel free to call us at 866.630.4569, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Live Chat us if you have any application questions or are unsure of which shade to select for your exchange. We’ll be happy to help answer any of your questions/concerns.
- Fill out the form. We will email you a Return/Exchange Form when you contact us. Fill out this form and include it with your return or exchange.
- Mail your return within 30 days. The return/exchange must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. Afterglow Cosmetics is not liable for any products sent back to us outside of the 30-day window, they will not be refunded and will be discarded.
- Don’t forget tracking. We are not responsible for any packages shipped via any carrier without tracking. Ship your products along with your completed Return/Exchange form via the carrier of your choice with tracking.
- Look for a confirmation. Your tracking number will serve as your confirmation that we received your return/exchange. We will not contact you to confirm receipt of a return/exchange. We will only email confirmation once the return/exchange has been processed. Once we receive your package, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed. Your refund should appear on your credit card statement within 2 billing cycles if applicable.
NOTE: Afterglow Cosmetics reserves the right to deny a return/exchange for any reason.
- In a rush? If you’re making an exchange and would like your exchange sooner, we suggest to purchase the new shades first, and then send back the shades that do not work for a direct refund.
What is non-refundable?
- Original shipping charges if applicable
- Return shipping charges
- Products shipped back outside of the 30-day window
- Products lost in transit without tracking number
- Free gifts or promotional items
- eGift Cards
- Any product returned when purchased with an eGift Card will receive store credit
- Afterglow products purchased from other websites and stores. We only accept returns for products purchased through www.AfterglowCosmetics.com. If you purchased an Afterglow product from a retail partner, please return at that location.
- If the product was damaged due to being dropped or mishandled after being received in good condition.
- Afterglow Cosmetics reserves the right to deny a return/exchange for any reason.
