1. Tap out a few grains of the Powder Eye Liner into the lid of your container.
2. Dip your Angled Liner Brush into the product and begin lining your lash line by starting in the inside corner and working your way out.

Tip: The Powder Eye Liner can be applied wet or dry. To apply wet simply dampen your brush before dipping it into the product.

Product Suggestion: To create a budge proof liquid liner, mix any Powder Eye Liner with Organic Infused Color Lock. This specially formulated serum locks in color, preventing fading throughout the day and creates the perfect liquid line.

Makeup Artist Trick: The Powder Eye Liners are such lovely shades that they can be used as intense jewel toned eye shadows. Simply apply with an Oval Eye Shadow Brush and blend with other eye shadows using a Crease Brush.
