- If you’re making an exchange we will ship the new product out at no cost to you, FREE! Please call 866.630.4569 if you need help selecting the proper shade.
- We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If items are sent back
to us outside the 30 day return/exchange window they will be discarded. Afterglow is
not liable for any items sent back outside the return/exchange window. - We will refund up to $100 of your original purchase. If the total you’re returning exceeds this limit additional products sent back will
be discarded. - Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do NOT accept brush returns unless they came with our Glow Kit Starter Set.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks from shipping date for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. Please note that orders made through Paypal may take and additional week to be refunded.
